The Associate Process Engineer will engage in process optimization, equipment transfers and ECO support to strengthen production capabilities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Understand the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the product.
• Define, implement and evaluate designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
• Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
• Support and oversee new process equipment production.
• Lead cost improvement/reduction programs.
