About the opportunity

• Assist in generating invoicing and payments according to partner contracts.
• Reconcile billing and payment discrepancies and ensure data validity, accuracy, and completeness.
• Review and upload additional charges to contract partners.
• Serve as the billing team point person for vendor escalations.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Proactively engage and collaborate with local and regional teams to resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in process improvement and optimization initiatives.
• Update job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities.

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related business field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in General Accounting; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
• Fluency in Chinese is required.
• Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, SAP, SQL, Google Studio, and other BI tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with computerized accounting and spreadsheet software.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and data-entry skills.
• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
