About the Job
  • Handle and respond appropriately to all calls and written enquiries following company standards and guidelines.
  • Respond to enquiries and complaints from agents, policyholders, and service providers.
The Job
  • Answer inbound calls, respond, and resolve queries related to medical products & policies, guarantee letters, medical claims, investigations, and The Great Journey, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Reply to written enquiries via email/ICM related to claims, medical products and benefits, guarantee letters, investigations, and admissions.
  • Support Care Coordinators in issuing Guarantee Letters.
  • Attend to other tasks or cross-training assignments as needed.
  • Ensure customer service standards are consistently met.
  • Provide coaching to call centre associates.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and paperwork as assigned.
  • Consider business and regulatory compliance risks and take steps to mitigate them.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, emerging threats, and technologies to better safeguard the company.
  • Highlight potential concerns or risks and share best risk management practices proactively.
We are looking for people who
  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Communication, Management, Business Administration, or Insurance (preferred).
  • Have ALMI, FLMI, Diploma in MII, or part ACII, AMII (advantageous).
  • Hold a degree in Nursing or Healthcare-related disciplines (advantageous).
  • Have 3–5 years of experience, preferably in Call Centre, Healthcare, Life Insurance, or Financial industries.
  • Possess good communication skills (written & verbal), customer service concepts & best practices, conflict resolution, and basic data interpretation.
  • Have supervisory and resource planning skills.
  • Be willing to be on-call for operational or servicing needs.
  • Be prepared to work on shifts.
