Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a customer-focused insurance professional in Malaysia to meet and service a diverse range of clients. You will handle vehicle, equipment, property, travel, and life insurance coverage while building rapport with prospects and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in marketing or business, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet and service existing customers ranging from sole-proprietorships to multinationals on general and life insurance needs.
• Handle insurance coverage for vehicles, equipment, properties, travel, term assurance and other relevant coverage.
• Contact potential customers and create rapport by networking or referrals.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers through high-quality service.
• Visit customers regularly to collect information and follow up on documentation.

• Handling insurance coverage for vehicles & equipment, properties, travelling, term assurance and other relevant insurance coverage.
• Contact potential customers and create rapport by networking or through referrals.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers through high standard of quality service.
• Regularly visit customers to collect information and follow up on documentation.
