The Role:
Administrative Support
  • Manage the CMO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain records and files.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CMO.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office maintenance.
  • Assist in planning and executing team engagement activities and events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Product Management
  • Assist in coordinating with internal departments to ensure all materials are ready for product launches.
  • Conduct market research on competitors’ products, market trends, and perform competitive analysis.
  • Help interpret product design specifications and translate them into system components.
  • Participate in UAT planning, preparation, and execution.
  • Accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and taking steps to mitigate them.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to understand risks and safeguard the company.
  • Highlight potential concerns or risks and share best risk management practices proactively.
The Person:
  • Preferably hold a tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and workloads.
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Willingness to improve current processes and adapt to new changes.
