We are seeking a highly talented Regional Associate Sales & Marketing Associate Manager (Account Management) to drive the growth of our ZALORA Advertising Platform (ZAP). This role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders at ZALORA to enhance our advertising initiatives. Location will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Role Summary:

You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing cross-market campaigns for leading fashion and lifestyle brands. You will manage key brand relationships, ensuring their marketing strategies align with ZALORA's advertising solutions. ZALORA Advertising Platform is the comprehensive marketing solutions unit of Asia’s leading online fashion destination, ZALORA. We offer brands impactful marketing solutions with extensive reach across the customer journey on ZALORA’s sites, along with data-driven insights and privacy-compliant targeting on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key marketing accounts within ZALORA, collaborating with the commercial team to ensure account growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key brands across the Southeast Asia market.
  • Expand our advertising client base by promoting innovative marketing solutions to brands, sellers, and agencies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks for brand meetings and internal presentations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic cross-market campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage ZAP projects, ensuring they align with brand strategies and deliver impactful results.
  • Explore potential new ad solutions to drive incremental revenue and enhance the ZAP offering.
  • Update the annual ZAP calendar and manage cross-market brand launches.
  • Collaborate with ZALORA stakeholders to implement impactful campaigns.
  • Create and analyze reports to evaluate the performance of ZAP campaigns and brand launches.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks, including creating ZAP contracts and invoices.
  • Provide internal feedback from clients to enhance ZAP Advertising Solutions and improve user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital agency, or a data-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the SEA media market.
  • Experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in the Fashion/Lifestyle or FMCG industry.
  • Experience with 360 campaigns is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Keen interest in the international fashion industry, trends, and digital developments.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
