Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Technical Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the equipment or systems for which you are responsible. Know how to maintain and repair these devices and identify and solve technical problems.
2. Project Management: Effectively manage multiple maintenance projects to ensure timely completion. Set and track project progress and utilize resources efficiently.
3. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers. Clearly explain technical issues and provide instructions.
4. Problem-solving Skills: Quickly and effectively analyze problems and develop resolution strategies.
5. People Management: Manage teams effectively, coach and motivate team members, and ensure high standards of work.

Qualifications

1. Technical school or university certificate.
2. RMA repair experience with 7+ years as a test technician preferred, or experience in computer manufacturing.
3. Language Skills: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
4. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components and devices.
5. Knowledge of testing and inspection of computer or electronic components (College degree preferred).
