Job Description - Associate, Management Reports (IFRS) (200002AA)

  • Review and close the monthly Property accounts.
  • Ensure all property transaction journals from IFCA are interfaced to OFIN General Ledger.
  • Prepare and post all related journals for monthly close, such as notional rental, lease WIP capitalization, ESOS/ESPP.
  • Reconcile the property register for Self Occupied Property (SOP) and Investment Property (IP).
  • Analyze the work in progress account.
  • Assess and compile the company's leases on a half-yearly basis.
  • Prepare related reports for leases and properties by prescribed deadlines given by the Group.
  • Assist in analyzing Management and Distribution Expenses for the company's annual business plan by prescribed deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing monthly SMT slides and BOR reports.
  • Prepare monthly intercompany billings for all related companies.
  • Assist in coding payment vouchers within prescribed limits.
  • Prepare and update section's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Self Occupied Properties, Investment Properties, Leases, etc.
  • Qualifications: Fresh graduates in Accounting, ACCA, Finance, or staff with 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in life insurance or established audit firms.
  • Proficient in Financial Reporting Standards and their application to financial statements.
  • Familiar with computerized accounting environments and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
