Main Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices by inputting data into the CONCUR system and ensuring timely invoice processing.
  • Maintain the other assets (receivables) and other liabilities (payables) to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Perform data entry and/or prepare manual double entry and upload to the OSI portal for approval.
  • Prepare and input the financial reports into the Labuan Financial Services Authority SMS portal, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly mosaic management accounting report to support financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Generate the monthly bank reconciliation report to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide support to Head Office financial reporting activities and projects.

Required Skills:

  • Holds an accounting degree, diploma, or semi-certified accountant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn new systems or processes as required.
  • Knowledge of automation tools is an added advantage.
