Qualifications

  • Preferably 2 years working experience in similar capacity.

What would you do?

  • Order Processing:
  • Manage end-to-end order processing for Corporate and Government cards (FleetBiz).
  • Perform Corporate and Government cards (FleetBiz) order request status inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Process new account openings for Corporate and Government cards (FleetBiz).
  • Manage order creation at the card level (new, additional, and replacement) for Corporate and Government cards (FleetBiz).
  • Execute card encoding at the card level (new, additional, and replacement) for Corporate and Government cards (FleetBiz).
  • Process card and accounts termination for Corporate and Government cards (FleetBiz).
  • Perform card return processes for Corporate and Government cards (FleetBiz). • Manage and handle card delivery for Corporate and Government cards (FleetBiz).
  • Support and Coordination:
  • Process requests and ensure orders are delivered within the stipulated time (SLA).
  • Update codes for Government PUKAL accounts.
  • Compliance and Audit:
  • Comply with and support any audit exercises at the department level.
  • Ensure all documents are well-organized for easy reference.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Ensure business processes follow the Operating Standard & Operating Procedures Manual and other company policies.
  • Safeguard and protect the privacy, security, and confidentiality of any accessed information.
  • Any other duties and tasks assigned and/or as required.
