Ensuring timely delivery of DHL packages globally while maintaining data security is core to our mission. You will provide second/third level support, investigate incidents unresolved at lower levels, and collaborate with other IT support teams. When issues involve firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, or related technologies, effective communication with vendors is essential.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance existing workflows.
• Understand customer requirements, present concepts and proposals, provide updates, and negotiate issue resolutions.
• Coordinate with external parties to assemble system components using standardized modules.
• Customize Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions based on predefined parameters and perform customization testing.
• Document work according to standards, methods, and tools.

• Technology/Languages: .NET Framework 4.5 & above, C# 6.0 & above, Entity Framework (ORM), Windows WCF (REST/SOAP), WebAPI (REST), HTML/CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL
• DBMS: MS SQL Server 2022 & above
• Middleware: IBM MQ, SSIS (ETL), SSRS (BI)
• Tools: Visual Studio 2022 & above, SSMS, SOAP UI, Chrome/Edge, GitHub, Jira, QTest
• Advantage: OpenText (MBPM), JQWidgets, Telerik UI, .NET Core 6 & above, Postgres, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins/UCD, SonarQube, Microsoft Azure, Dev(Sec)Ops

You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and organize your workload under pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you will collaborate across regions, making proficiency in spoken and written English valuable.
