Discover the Role

The Associate will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of services outlined in service agreements. The role also involves ensuring compliance with TMF and departmental reporting and processes.

The scope of services may include HRIS system management, payroll, leave, claims, attendance, and statutory reporting services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Stay informed of regulatory developments affecting the business and ensure compliance.
  2. Assist the Team Lead in defining payroll standards and optimizing workflow.
  3. Provide guidance and share knowledge related to payroll specialization.
  4. Maintain high-quality technical payroll service and support to clients.
  5. Maintain regular contact with clients regarding daily operations and complex issues.
  6. Ensure timely delivery of work within deadlines.
  7. Perform client work within service scope.
  8. Review payroll correspondence, tax issues, and missing documents.
  9. Draft and review complex reports and memorandums.
  10. Perform accurate payroll calculations and data analysis.
  11. Manage payroll workflow schedules, raising conflicts to management.
  12. Exceed client expectations.
  13. Cross-check payroll against checklists before submission.
  14. Stand in for team members if needed.
  15. Maintain proper documentation of all relevant files and correspondence.
