Associate - HR Operations (Contract) in Cyberjaya at Logicalis

As an Associate within the HR Operations team, your role supports core processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, data management, benefits, and offboarding. You will ensure smooth HR operations, maintain accurate records, and provide timely support to employees while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The team is undergoing a digital transformation, and your responsibilities will include:

  1. HR Systems & Testing:
  2. Participate in end-to-end testing of HR systems (including BIPO and other platforms).
  3. Collaborate with HRIS or IT teams on system configurations, upgrades, and UAT testing.
  4. Identify and report bugs or inconsistencies in workflows or data integrations.
  5. Maintain documentation for system processes and testing outcomes.
  1. Onboarding & Offboarding:
  2. Coordinate onboarding logistics, including access provisioning, document collection, and Day 1 readiness.
  3. Manage offboarding tasks such as exit checklists, access revocation, and handover coordination.
  4. Work with IT, Payroll, and other departments for smooth transitions.
  1. General HR Operations:
  2. Provide administrative support across HR functions.
  3. Maintain employee records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
  4. Respond to employee queries regarding HR processes, benefits, or systems.
  5. Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  6. Support HR administration and payroll operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR systems.
  • Familiarity with Workday, BIPO, or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Proficient in Excel, capable of report generation and analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Logical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and HR tech platforms.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

This is a 1-year contract role.
