Associate, HR Generalist (12 months Contract)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating and facilitating processes related to compensation, training & development, benefits, Affirmative Action, Diversity, and employee relations.
  • Communicating program changes to management and employees.
  • Assisting employees with questions regarding benefits plans.
  • Partnering with managers and Service Center staff to resolve issues related to benefits, payroll, staffing, disability, workers' compensation, awards, and immigration.
  • Supporting legal and regulatory compliance related to program changes.
  • Generating reports as needed.
  • Gathering information such as PDP ratings and merit increases.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Zero to two years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of legislation impacting HR management.
  • Understanding of company HR policies, labor movement, and arbitration proceedings.
  • Proficiency with local HRIS systems and report writing.
  • Good public presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough, unbiased internal investigations and provide practical recommendations.
  • Effective communication skills with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize and complete tasks timely.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to work in Kulim Hi-Tech.
