Job Responsibilities

• Process Reload Pin/Direct Credit order from Service Provider (SP) or corporate customers which includes preparing quotation, submitting request for invoice to Finance, and request to generate PIN / perform Direct Credit to e-Wallet Operation Team, and request for Reload PIN Gift Voucher printing.
• Process commission claims by SP.
• Attend enquiry on Reload PIN status.
• Update sales report, compile and file sales documents.
• Maintain and update reload point.
• Compile weekly or monthly Reload PIN sales submitted by SPs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management/Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
• Experience in order fulfilment or similar capacity.
• Ability to multi-task, particularly under pressure, often to tight deadlines and within SLA.
• Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel & Word.
