Appnovation is looking for an Associate Full Stack Developer to build and scale modern, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and Express. You'll contribute across the SDLC, from architectural discussions to hands-on coding and deployment, delivering robust backend services and seamless user interfaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and ES6+.
• Experience with React.js and Next.js (Server-side rendering, Static site generation).
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js (Middleware, Routing, API design).
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build and maintain scalable server‑side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and implement robust API layers and orchestration frameworks to connect AI agents with internal databases and user interfaces.
• Optimize AI inference performance, managing latency, token consumption, and caching strategies.
• Implement TypeScript across the entire stack to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Create dynamic UI components and manage complex application states across platforms.
• Develop secure server-side modules and integrate with third-party services and databases.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and participate in code reviews and CI/CD.
