Job description

JOB SUMMARY

To provide service and support needed by the Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist in managing the department’s administration matters such as department budgeting, information management (which includes managing department information in digital and physical resources, facilitating information required for internal and external audit purposes, maintaining and updating records of department physical assets, operation manuals and work flows, acting as the intermediary between service providers and EPF’s internal related department for the Investment Systems matters)
  • To assist on matters related to the Equity Department panel brokers (which includes broker evaluation, authorised brokers list, tracking of brokerage fees, appointment, termination and suspension of panel brokers and annual Know-Your-Client (KYC) compliance requests from broker)
  • To facilitate corporate action matter for the Equity Department.
  • Ability to present investment-related papers to management.
  • Ability to conduct meetings with other internal departments
  • Perform other duties as required or instructed by the supervisor from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualifications recognised by the Government from any local or overseas higher learning institutions. Knowledge and understanding in Accounting, Business Management, Banking, Finance/Investment preferred.
  • Obtain a pass in Bahasa Malaysia, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
  • Candidates with at least 0 - 3 years of working experience in related field will have an added advantage.
  • Independent, highly disciplined, prioritizes work and is able to achieve the desired performance.
  • Has interpersonal communication skills.
  • Has leadership qualities and the ability to work in teams.
  • Good time management.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
