Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Typically requires six months of experience in programming, software development, testing, consulting, or support.
• Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for enterprise-class SAS software applications.
• Communicates with customers and experts across SAS during issue resolution.
• Documents information in case management system throughout lifecycle.
• Manages expectations and escalations, including after-hours when needed.
• Builds knowledge of SAS products and related domains to troubleshoot.
• Stays informed about competitor products and how SAS fits with them.
• Collaborates with R&D to influence future software releases.
• Contributes to knowledge base articles and technical papers.
