Working Experience:

  • 0 - 3 years

Responsibility:

  • Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing by working closely with R&D, design, quality, and operations teams.
  • Assist in developing and documenting manufacturing processes, assembly instructions, and testing procedures.
  • Participate in prototype builds, data collection, analyze results, and provide feedback for process & design improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and assist with corrective actions during engineering lot runs or early production. Hence, identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support yield ramp-up.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure materials, tooling, and process readiness for production launch. Carry out and responsible for handshake process to production.
