Process Specialist Engineer | Plating Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Engineer located in Kulim. The Associate Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with IC substrate wet process (Plating Process), production, and quality control. They will work closely with the engineering team to optimize processes and ensure high-quality standards are met consistently.

Job Scope

• Daily reporting on daily tasks
• Become the first level troubleshooting team member
• Provide reports on daily chemical excursions
• Consistently monitor yield performance
• Monitor IPP performance for any trend shifts
• Review module PCS performance for deviations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
