Job summary

A leading company in data centers, Bridge Data Centres Malaysia is looking for an experienced project manager to oversee the execution of complex projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while leading a team for successful delivery. An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 10 years of experience in project management within mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management for mission-critical facilities (10+ years).
• Knowledge of relevant MEP engineering applications.
• Certifications in project management are a plus.

Overall, this role is in charge of project execution in Malaysia, covering development, programme, procurement, cost, safety, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and represent the company with clients, contractors, supply chain, and relevant authorities (including land development, power, water, planning, and building authorities).
• Responsible for environmental, health, and safety standards on projects, ensuring compliance with the Bridge EHS pre-qualification process, EHS project manual, and aligned with the Bridge EHS policy.
• Assist with site due diligence and land acquisitions.
• Maintain and produce all required project documentation from inception to handover.
• Support sales meetings with project, solutions, and operations teams.
• Coordinate with finance, solutions, and operations teams to deliver projects successfully.
• Lead the team to identify hazards and risks and implement effective controls.
• Maintain the effectiveness of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management systems.
