Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Associate Director of Sales is responsible for providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting, with leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of hotel sales, marketing, and revenue management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams to meet and exceed goals.
