JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the mechanical design discipline on complex, multidisciplinary building services projects.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to design teams throughout all project stages.
• Review and validate mechanical designs to ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and sustainability objectives.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to deliver coordinated MEP solutions.
• Develop project proposals, fee structures, and resource plans in coordination with directors and project managers.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and quality in design processes and documentation.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Participate in strategic business development initiatives, including client presentations and bid submissions.
• Represent the firm in high-level project and stakeholder meetings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree / Master from a university recognized by BEM, PE, or certifications in Data Centre.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with cooling systems, HVAC, and cooling towers.
• Experience handling data centre projects.
• Understanding of load calculations and stress analysis.
• Ability to comprehend complex systems.
• Strong design and project management skills.
