Associate Director, Advisory & Insolvency

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead the team in the administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements which include (i) liquidation, (ii) receivership, (iii) judicial management, (iv) scheme of arrangement, (v) monitoring / special accountant, and (vi) debt restructuring.
• To manage progress, scheduling, and delivery of work.
• To perform financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals.
• To coach and guide junior team members, and review their work.
• To plan delegation of work and team tasks, and support team members.
• To assist with special project(s), as assigned, and complete them timely.

Essential Qualification & Skills:

• Degree in a relevant industry.
• Preferably with a professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Outspoken.
