  • Collaborate with and support the Managing Director in overseeing company functions, including resource management, operations, finance, risk management, and business development.
  • Assess workforce requirements and allocate resources effectively across the organization.
  • Provide leadership in both technical and managerial capacities to drive company growth and excellence.
  • Analyze and review project financials, performance metrics, and resolve emerging challenges.
  • Ensure employees consistently deliver high-quality technical and production standards.
  • Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams comprising architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and specialists.
  • Lead and manage large-scale, high-impact projects for the organization.
  • Act as the Registered Qualified Person for statutory submissions on behalf of the company.
  • Recruit skilled talent to strengthen the team and meet organizational goals.
