Timely delivery of DHL packages worldwide, ensuring customer data security, is our core mission. You will provide second/third level day-to-day operations support, investigate and resolve incidents not handled at lower support levels. When issues get complex, collaboration with other IT support teams and specialists is essential. Managing firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, and related issues involves effective communication with vendors.

For issues related to telecommunication/security systems within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. You will also manage, propose, and implement changes to production security devices across all IT Services Data Centers and premises, ensuring global availability of DHL Group services.

As an Associate DevOps Engineer, experience with OpenShift & Kubernetes is a plus. Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL is also essential.

You are passionate about technology, with a good understanding of Linux shell commands or scripting, Splunk. You can work independently, prioritize tasks, and organize your workload effectively under pressure.
