You will provide 2nd level support and problem-solving expertise concerning complex technical issues of infrastructure, design, methods, tools etc. to ensure that a robust, maintainable, high-quality, standards-compliant business applications software environment is developed and maintained. Ensures that all agreed targets, SLA, and Metrics are met.

You will also demonstrate ownership of assigned events and incidents through to restoration and collaborate with other support teams within the organization and external suppliers. Maintains quality standards and policies. Identifies opportunities for improvement. Liaises with the development team to overcome known problems and fulfill user needs.

As a Associate DevOps Engineer, having containerized application troubleshooting knowledge, MongoDB & Informix Databases is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Linux & shell scripting and Java application troubleshooting skills will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado; therefore you have a good understanding of Jira, Splunk, WebLogic & knowledge on Jenkins. You are able to work independently, prioritize, and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
