We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer with experience in system consultation and end-user support. The role includes gathering business requirements, conducting impact analysis, creating user stories, and performing functional testing. The role also involves daily operational support, rotational shift work, and on-call duties.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Conduct impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and enhancements.
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing processes.
• Conduct testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business goals.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Provide daily support for business operations, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of database systems & operating systems for querying and troubleshooting data-related issues.
• Require working on shifts and on-call support for weekends and public holidays in rotation basis to ensure continuous support.

As a Associate DevOps Engineer, having 3-5 years experience in business analysis, consulting or similar role and support is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of functional testing methodologies and user story creation will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of SQL, database management systems, Openshift and Linux environment. You are able to work independently prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure.
