What would you do?
  • Assist in the daily operations of data products, ensuring smooth execution across all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding for data products, including setup, configuration, and training support.
  • Provide timely assistance to customers regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with business & data science teams to gather customer requirements for campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate targeting, data segmentation, and campaign setup.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and data.
  • Generate post-campaign reports with relevant performance metrics and insights.
  • Share reports with customers and internal stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
  • Collect and organize client feedback to inform future product and campaign improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of operational processes, product features, and customer interactions.
  • Support the creation of SOPs and playbooks for recurring operational tasks.
  • Work closely with Business Data Intelligence (BDI), marketing, customer care, and IT teams to support product delivery and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with external partners or vendors when required to ensure service quality.
  • Participate in testing and validation activities during product development and updates.
  • Ensure data products and campaigns comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the data product team and business objectives.
