The Role:
  1. Design and develop marketing materials for various purposes including product, event, campaign, brochures, flyers, etc.
  2. Create social media content for our corporate website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) related to products and events.
  3. Prepare monthly marketing reports for internal and external stakeholders, including budgeting, proposals, campaigns, and events.
  4. Maintain effective communication between internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Assist in the development and monitoring of new product launches and existing products.
  6. Support event preparations, including pre-event planning, on-ground execution, and post-event reporting.
  7. Liaise with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and materials.
  8. Ensure social content and website information are current and accurate.
  9. Ensure all marketing materials comply with corporate and Bank Negara guidelines (online & offline).
  10. Consider business and regulatory compliance risks, taking steps to mitigate them.
  11. Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory updates, emerging threats, and technological advances to safeguard the company.
  12. Identify and communicate potential risks and share best practices in risk management.
  13. Perform other related responsibilities as needed.
The Person:
  1. Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  2. Experience in lead management and event planning is an advantage.
  3. Strong interest in pursuing a career in marketing.
  4. Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, and interpersonal skills.
  6. High integrity, responsible, and positive team attitude.
  7. Initiative-driven and receptive to change.
