The Role:
  • Design and develop marketing materials such as product brochures, flyers, and campaign assets.
  • Create social media content for our website, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms related to products and events.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports for internal and external stakeholders, including budgeting, proposals, campaigns, and events.
  • Maintain effective communication between internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of new product launches and existing offerings.
  • Support event planning and execution, including pre-event preparations, on-ground activities, and post-event reporting.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Update and monitor content on our website and social media channels to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with corporate and Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines, online and offline.
  • Identify and mitigate business and regulatory compliance risks associated with marketing activities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to safeguard the company.
  • Proactively highlight potential risks and share best practices in risk management.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as needed.
The Person:
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in lead management and event coordination is advantageous.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Marketing.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, and people skills.
  • High integrity, responsible, and a positive team player.
  • Proactive in improving processes and embracing change.
