  • Responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes.
  • Process all CIH transactions received as per stipulated requirements.
  • Ensure on-time implementation of impact plans and participate in team activities.
  • Attend and get certified for development plans to upgrade authority limit.
  • Ensure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times (TAT) are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure team operating efficiency.
  • Correspond and reply via email to business partners on any clarifications.
  • Continuously attend training for personal and career development.

  • Ensure that timeline and objectives as agreed with superior for any other assignments / projects that may be assigned are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure 100% on-time implementation of impact plans and participate / drive / contribute in team activities.
  • Attend and get certified for development plans identified to upgrade authority limit/ up skilled and personal development. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
  • Ensure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times (TAT) are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure team operating efficiency.
  • Correspond and reply via email to business partners on any clarification and enquiries on the cases received.
  • Continuously attend/involve with training for personal and career development. Support processing within the department including cross support processing for other countries.
