Job Purpose

Provide comprehensive, value-added service to customers and agents, aligning with our organization’s focus on innovative service delivery.

The Job
  1. Handle administrative and operational tasks within the Customer and/or Agent Service Section, including processing New Business, Customer Service, and Life & Health Claims inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  2. Promote excellent service by providing timely updates and effective case management.
  3. Drive adoption of the Company’s “e-Platform” in line with our digitalization efforts.
  4. Ensure service quality to field personnel and customers meets established standards.
  5. Comply with Branch Operational Guide, organizational policies, and guidelines.
  6. Address feedback and complaints, following through to resolution.
  7. Meet deadlines and service turnaround times.
  8. Coordinate with Customer Service Officers at Head Office or other branches for clarifications and requirements.
  9. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
  10. Consider business and regulatory compliance risks, taking appropriate mitigation steps.
  11. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, emerging threats, and technologies to better safeguard the company.
  12. Identify potential risks and share best practices in risk management.
Our Requirements
  1. Degree in Management, Insurance, Business Studies, Administration, or related fields, or professional qualifications such as ACS, ACII, AMII, AII, or equivalent.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  4. Ability to build collaborative and positive relationships.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tech-savviness.
  6. Knowledge of Life Insurance, General Insurance, Policies, Procedures, and Processes.
  7. High integrity, accountability, and positive attitude towards teamwork.
  8. Initiative to improve processes and adaptability to change.
