Job Brief:

As part of the Crossborder Payments Business Team at TNG Digital, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth, awareness, and adoption of our Cross Border payment feature. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a go-getter with strong initiative — someone who’s not just execution-focused, but proactive in spotting opportunities, proposing ideas, and pushing initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Marketing & User Campaign Management

• Support campaign execution and scheduling on marketing calendar
• Work closely with the Product Marketing team to manage campaign timelines, raise briefs, oversee media plans to ensure deliverables are met
• Curate and coordinate homepage content updates and partner content scheduling
• Coordinate campaign readiness and to review all materials with Product Marketing
• Act as gatekeeper for marketing content, including paid media content review, approvals, and coordination

Operational & Administrative Support:

• Handle end-to-end operational processes including raising POs, PRs, and managing invoicing with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Track, monitor, and reconcile marketing budgets, particularly MDF (Market Development Fund), ensuring timely fund utilization and reporting

Stakeholder & Partnership Engagement

• Act as the primary liaison with Alipay+ for campaign coordination and operational follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Product, UED, and Marketing on campaign deliverables and readiness.
• Work closely with Legal to manage contracts, NDAs, and agreement processes for partner campaigns

Product & Project Management

• Drive, Track and follow up on product enhancement statuses
• Assist in enhancement testing
• Collate survey feedback via UED and provide fresh improvement ideas to enhance product features and user journeys

Reporting & Insights

• Track performance for the business, campaigns & key growth initiatives
• Work with BI and Data teams to develop dashboards, monitor campaign results, and extract insights for continuous optimization

Social Monitoring & Market Intelligence

• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves and identify new growth opportunities
• Consolidate user feedback to inform product improvements and new feature proposals, through social monitoring on social media

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
• 1-2 years of working experience in marketing support, operations coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, powerpoint and basic reporting
• Detail-Orientation is necessary for the role
• Able to be detail-oriented, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
