Associate, Credit & Marketing (Johor Bahru)

This position requires you to market financial products such as hire purchase of equipment financing to corporate and SME clients.

You will need to meet clients personally and travel frequently.

You will be assigned targets to achieve and will be evaluated at the end of the financial year.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and conduct marketing activities for a diverse range of industries and customers for hire purchase products, leasing facilities, trade finance, etc.
2. Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers, suppliers, and vendors.
3. Conduct site visitations to customers, suppliers, or vendors regularly.
4. Compile financial data and market information for credit assessment and analysis.
5. Proactively seek new business opportunities to meet or exceed targets.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2. Diploma holders with relevant marketing experience will also be considered.
3. Strong analytical skills, observant, and good communication skills.
4. Mature personality with the right attitude, ability to work independently, and good interpersonal skills.
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.
6. Possess a valid driving license.
