Job summary

Mastercard invites driven students to join the Associate Consultant Intern program in Malaysia for Summer 2027. You will work in small teams to answer strategic questions, own key deliverables, and build client relationships with exposure to technology and data across industries.

Four career tracks—Business Experimentation, Marketing, Performance Analytics, and Strategy & Transformation—offer hands-on client work, mentorship, and growth through collaborative projects and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with an expected graduation date between Dec 2027 and July 2028.
• Proficiency in local office language (Bahasa Malaysia) is an added advantage.
• Not eligible for Mastercard’s work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within small teams to answer strategic questions for clients.
• Take ownership of deliverables and build external relationships with clients.
• Gain exposure to technology and data across industries including financial services, retail, and hospitality.
• Receive hands-on mentorship from an experienced management team and contribute meaningfully.
