Job description

Job Description:

• Conduct buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and valuation engagements.
• Analyze historical financial statements, assess quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, and other financial metrics.
• Identify key deal issues, risks, and opportunities that may impact valuation or deal structure.
• Prepare clear and concise financial due diligence reports and presentations for clients.
• Perform business and asset valuations using various methodologies including DCF, market comparable, precedent transactions, and net asset value.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates or equivalent inAccountancy / Finance.
• Preferably associate specializing in Accounting / Auditing or equivalent.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
