Associate-Compliance & Customer Satisfaction (Mandarin Speaker, Contract)

Provide customer service and administrative support for pensions and employee benefits to ensure customer satisfaction:

  • Manage customer services and daily operations for the assigned portfolio/distribution channel.
  • Prepare presentation and member communication materials; conduct client visits, presentations, and briefings as needed for retention or sales.
  • Offer comprehensive administrative services including enrolment, contribution/billing, termination, policy/record maintenance, regulatory filing, and client report issuance; respond promptly to client/intermediary inquiries and complaints.
  • Support assigned distribution channels such as brokers, agents, or bank alliances on client-related issues.

Client Retention and Service-to-Sales:

  • Engage in client retention activities and promote retail products and retention programs.

Administrative Procedures Review:

  • Assist in reviewing and updating administrative procedures.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; postgraduate or professional qualifications in insurance or finance preferred.
  • Experience in group or life insurance operations is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, customer-focused.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English; proficiency in reading and writing traditional Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Follow Hong Kong working calendar.
