The successful candidate will provide customer service and administration for pensions and benefits, ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English for customer service.
  • Proficient in traditional Mandarin reading and writing will be an advantage.
  • Experience in group insurance or life insurance operations is a plus.

Job description

Associate, Compliance 12 Months Contract (Fresh Graduate)

Provide Customer Service and Administration Services for Pensions and Employee Benefits to the assigned portfolio to achieve customer satisfaction

Responsible for the overall customer services and daily operations for assigned portfolio/distribution channel.

Prepare presentation materials and member communication materials and conduct client visits, presentations and members’ briefings, if required for retention or sales purposes.

Provide one-stop administration service to clients including enrolment, contribution/billing, termination, policy/record maintenance, regulatory filing, issuing of client reports etc and responding to client/intermediary’s enquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

Provide servicing support to assigned distribution channel e.g. brokers/agents/bank alliances on client related issues.


Client Retention and Service-to-sales

Perform client retention and service-to-sales activities such as up-selling retail products/promoting our client retention programs etc.


Administrative Procedures Review

Assist to review and update administration procedures.


Other Responsibilities

Perform any other duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Postgraduate, Professional Degree, Insurance or Financial related qualifications.

Possess experience in group insurance or life insurance operations will be an advantage.

Details oriented, Self-motivated and customer orientated.

Must be a good team player.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good time management and organization skills.

Proficient in both Mandarin and English. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Proficient in traditional Mandarin reading and writing will be an advantage.

The role is required follow Hong Kong Public Holiday.
