Responsibilities:

  • Managing budget reports and payment system
  • Managing and compiling all CSR reports
  • Managing and coordinating all CSR activities with branches
  • Media monitoring reporting and updating into multi-channels within the organisation
  • Responsible for department’s merchandise reporting and house-keeping
  • Support and assist the respective team members in areas related to the department’s deliverables, as and when required

Requirement:

  • Hold an Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business, Mass Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • With work experience of 3-5 years and above in the similar capacity. The person will be responsible for all administrative work for the Brand and Communications department.
  • Possess excellent written and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • With a good project management core.
  • Good knowledge of administrative work, project management, as well as event management.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
