In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist with vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses within the IT infrastructure.
• Support patch management and deployment of updates for desktops, laptops, servers, and applications.
• Participate in continuous improvement by supporting timely deployment of patches for Windows and third-party apps.
• Address technical challenges to enhance user experience and find opportunities for improvement.
• Stay informed on emerging vulnerabilities and recommend proactive remediation strategies.
• Contribute to innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and processes that support Pall's long-term success.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Basic knowledge of vulnerability assessment and patch management tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Rapid7, SCCM, Microsoft Intune).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Azure, Entra, and Intune.
• Passion for continuous improvement, enhancing customer experience, and operational excellence.
• A team player with a positive attitude, open to constructive feedback.
• Interest in learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.

It would be a plus if you also have:

• Good presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in sectors like manufacturing, finance, healthcare, or government.
• Understanding of analytics and machine learning for threat detection and vulnerability assessment.
