Job Description - Associate - Agency Conduct & Servicing (2000012N)

  • Handle Replacement of Policy (ROP) for internal and external cases.
  • Answer inquiries on ROP and investigate cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Register and prepare data for ROP appeals, including incomplete documents requiring further investigation and correspondence with agents.
  • Compile registered and completed ROP documents for CS interviews.
  • Prepare ROP appeals for ROP committee consideration.
  • Coordinate, organize, and take minutes at ROP communication meetings; prepare summary reports for committee members.
  • Conduct ROP communication meetings bi-monthly.
  • Assist in registering fraud and feedback cases in CFS.
  • Prepare reports for commission crediting on approved ROP appeals.
  • Attend ICM inquiries and support Conduct & Servicing investigations.
  • Maintain proper records and ensure TAT compliance.
  • Process, supervise, and review ROP appeal cases.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and related functions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration with two years of experience in the insurance industry or related field.
  • Experience handling customer service related to market conduct and agent services.
  • Familiar with Agency Administration policies and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of legal concepts in insurance and insurance products.
  • Organizational skills to work systematically and efficiently.
