We're expanding our Account & Finance team and are looking for an energetic, passionate, positive, and collaborative individual to join our family. Fresh graduates are welcome for the associate role.

What are your accountabilities?

• Full scope of finance operations including accounts receivables, accounts payables, and general ledgers.
• Preparation of corporate tax submissions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
• Management accounting and group reporting to Singapore HQ as part of SGX listing requirements.
• Deal with various external parties, including auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and government agencies.
• Business partnering by providing sales and financial analysis insights for effective business performance.
• Suggest improvement ideas to enhance business and finance processes.

What do you need for this role?

• Degree in Accounting.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Experience in a Big 4 audit firm is a plus.
• Able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines.
• Independent, resourceful, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and vendors.
