Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Accounts Department.
- Conduct cost analysis and planning.
- Handle tax calculations, preparation, and submission.
- Prepare and submit annual Corporate Tax.
- Perform monthly payments to sub-contractors and suppliers, and monitor debtors' collections.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Perform other duties incidental to the position as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., ACCA) is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting, preferably in the cement or construction materials industry.
- Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
