1. Involve in the development and study of work processes for new parts before entering the production floor.

2. Eliminate unnecessary waste.

3. Create new work instructions for production use.

4. Design fixtures suitable for production as per customer requirements.

5. Participate in creating and developing Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Welder Qualification Tests (WQT) to suit production needs.

6. Support customer and quality inquiries.

7. Improve welding process capability to meet production demands.

8. Drive continuous improvement activities in production.

9. Monitor product quality to meet customer requirements.

10. Purchase tools and equipment for production.

11. Maintain a safe working environment by complying with safety systems and monitoring 5S practices.

12. Collaborate with all departments on new product discussions, customer requirements, and technology implementation.

13. Develop cost-effective work processes.

14. Maintain department assets and schedule preventive maintenance.

15. Participate in corrective actions to improve production quality.

16. Attend customer meetings and discussions.

17. Conduct training for new employees and skill upgrades.

18. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

19. Manage risks in assigned areas.

20. Maintain and be responsible for 5S practices in the workplace.

21. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors and management.
