Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

Receiving, unloading, lowering, and raising goods to the warehouse/lorry/container.

Responsible for ensuring that outgoing and incoming shipments are correct and accurate.

Assist in handling stock and yearly stock takes.

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive working environment.

Oversee the picking, inspection, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.

Coordinate and prioritize daily work activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

Delivery planning.

Any other duties as and when required by your immediate superior.

Alternate Saturday.

Minimum Requirements:

2 years experience in warehouse team leader or transport management.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Able to drive forklift/reach-truck.

Mandarin speaker will be more advantageous.
