Job description

• To supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including storekeeper task delegation, inventory management of finished goods and raw ingredients, and ensuring full compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the storekeeper in daily operations and ensure adherence to SOPs for food safety and hygiene.
  • Monitor and ensure accurate location, labelling, and FIFO / FEFO compliance for all stock.
  • Plan and organize manpower for loading/unloading activities to meet dispatch schedules.
  • Oversee storage and arrangement of finished products & ingredients in designated freezer locations.
  • Coordinate with QA & Logistics to maintain product integrity and cold chain compliance.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and packaging materials based on temperature and safety requirements.
  • Conduct, monitor, and verify daily and monthly stock counts for key ingredients and packaging.
  • Ensure hygiene and food safety protocols are followed in warehouse areas.
  • Support internal and external audits, such as HACCP & ISO 22000.

Skill / Knowledge & Certification:

  • Minimum of Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.

Working Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing company or similar position.
  • Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management.

Special Skills/Knowledge:

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar Manufacturing ERP systems is an advantage.
