Job Responsibility
- Minimum High School Education; Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- At least 2 years of hands-on warehouse supervision experience.
- Skilled in inventory management and familiar with ERP systems and MS Office tools (Excel preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and 5S management.
- Forklift license is an added advantage.
Job Requirements
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and finished goods.
- Plan and organize warehouse layout and storage space to maximize efficiency and maintain orderly storage.
- Conduct and supervise regular inventory checks, ensure stock accuracy, and investigate discrepancies.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Regulate warehouse safety standards and conduct regular inspections on fire safety and equipment
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, and sales teams to ensure timely material supply and order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including PDA devices and barcode printers
