Job description

Position : Assistant Warehouse Coordinator

Scope of Work(s):

• Ensure warehouse activities comply with company procedures and relevant HSE standards.
• Support the issuance and dispatch of materials, including the preparation of shipping and inventory documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse or inventory management systems.
• Assist in periodic stock counts and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams for timely material movement.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, proper material segregation, and safe working conditions.

Minimum Requirement(s):

• Minimum SPM qualification (or equivalent)
• Minimum two (2) year relevant experience in Logistics/ Warehousing in Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiarity with material handling procedures, inventory systems, and offshore logistics processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in warehouse and yard environments.
