LF Logistics Services is seeking an Inbound Operations Manager to oversee daily inbound activities and manage team operations in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will lead unloading, goods receipt documentation, and ensure compliance with safety protocols while training warehouse staff. The Role:
1. Inbound Operations Management
Supervise daily inbound activities: unloading, receiving, and inspection of goods.
Ensure received shipments match purchase orders and quality standards.
Monitor warehouse space and optimize stock placement.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inbound schedules.
2. Goods Receipt (GR) Documentation & WMS Management
Oversee the Goods Receipt (GR) process with timely and accurate system updates.
Verify documents: GRNs, delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Generate reports and investigate discrepancies in received goods.
3. Team Supervision & Coordination
Lead and supervise inbound warehouse staff.
Train team members on receiving procedures and documentation standards.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
4. Inventory & Stock Control
Collaborate with inventory control teams to maintain stock accuracy.
Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
Resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or excess inventory.
5. Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Enforce warehouse safety protocols and proper goods handling.
Investigate and report inbound-related incidents.
Our Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any field
Good command of spoken and written English
Willing to work in a warehouse environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong team player with leadership and multitasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics industry
